The role of the PA to the Headteacher is extremely broad and demanding, and is crucial to the smooth running of the school. Despite this, there remains very little training on offer for the Headteacher’s PA. Join us for this full day virtual conference for updates to some of the most crucial areas in which you work, including; safeguarding, diary management, data protection, managing difficult conversations, conducting appraisals for support staff, Ofsted preparedness, maximising your efficiency and building relationships with stakeholders.
