Mastering the Art of Finance in Multi-Academy Trusts

Tue, 7 May 2024

Virtual, Online

Led by a knowledgeable CFO with experience of working across small, medium and large trusts, this masterclass helps you to finesse your understanding of Integrated Curriculum Financial Planning (ICFP), how to maximise your income streams and ensure educational return on investment.

Balancing school and trust budgets can be somewhat of a challenge in the current economic climate, with unfunded pay rises, gas and electricity bills soaring and catering bills increasing to name a few.

Make your budgeting easier by learning how to effective use budgeting tools, ways you can maximise your income streams, how to achieve best value with your spending and how to increase educational return on investment.

This masterclass, led by an experienced CFO and CEO, walks you through the finer points of Integrated Curriculum Financial Planning (ICFP), providing hints and tips on which metrics have the most impact on your budgets and how to make the process work for you.

You will also learn how to check that you are receiving all the income you should be from the various funding sources available to schools, how to ensure your purchasing is effective and why your internal controls have an effect on your budget.

There will also be hints and tips along the way on how to make the budgeting process easier, and the all-important educational return on investment, because maximising your resources for the benefit of your children is what it’s all about.
