This masterclass will equip you with a framework for effective pastoral tracking using Pastoral SEF and Provision Maps. You’ll explore adaptable case studies and solutions for tracking individual pupils and key groups, making the intangible aspects of pastoral care more tangible. The session will help you focus discussions on behaviour, attendance, punctuality, progress, and exclusions, improving clarity and outcomes.
You’ll also gain insights into integrating MIS or Safeguarding software systems to manage and track student support efficiently. Case studies will illustrate how to use in-school systems for tracking individual students and enhancing behaviour management. This will support clear presentations to stakeholders, school leaders, governors, and Ofsted, highlighting standards, actions, outcomes, and progress.
