Tapping is quick to learn and easy to. It combines Chinese acupressure with psychology as we talk out our worries and concerns whilst Tapping on 9 of the body’s energy or Meridian points.
Tapping is an increasingly popular, non-invasive technique of uncovering and releasing long held stress that can affect our lives in many challenging ways. Results can be immediate and long lasting, and many users find their anxiety levels drop in a short period of use.
During this Masterclass, I’ll guide you through what Tapping is, and how it works. We’ll ‘Set Up’ our Tapping session with an agreed Set Up Statement and together we’ll do some Tapping rounds on your choice of group topic. This Masterclass will show you all the elements of a ‘Basic Tapping Recipe’ for you to develop in your own time and also share within your educational setting to help reduce stress, release anxiety and balance energies. We’ll discuss how to use Tapping in your School.
Tapping is a useful technique to help staff manage personal stress, and a well-respected medium to introduce to Students, to help them peel back their anxieties, let them go and take back control of their responses to daily challenges in a safe, self-controlled way.
